Today was the Red Sox Rally in downtown Boston to celebrate my beloved Sox's A.L. East Division Title and the upcoming post season playoffs. I spent the majority of my day tinkering around in search of the perfect Red Sox gear. Later in the afternoon, we all took the T into the city for the Red Sox Rally and that's when the real fun began. The Red Sox Nation was out in full spirit, it was a huge mass of people. We went a little later in the Rally towards the end, but it was still great to be there.
After that, we strolled on over to the North End, where the best little Italian joints in town are, and had a great meal. Then it was time for dessert which meant only one thing, fresh cannolis from Mike's Pastry..yummy! We got ours to go and ate them on Julie's balcony. Great food, family and conversation. Couldn't get any better than that. I told Julie it was the perfect date. If only I had paid attention to the hot guy in the restaurant that was trying to get my attention (I was oblivious and Julie pointed that out to me later) but the only man I had eyes for that night was my little Christian! The night was perfection.
