Seriously, where is the sushi?!

Hello all!

I'm still kickin' it in West Palm for the moment. Eventually these blogs will become much more interesting as my surroundings change and morph into new cities and places. I bought a new digital camera and have picked up some freelance work to help pay for it, I heart Canon! I've got extra batteries, extra memory cards, etc. Hehe. Translation = New exciting blogs with some real purty pictures!

I'm very anxious to start traveling though and can't wait to get going. I got a bunch of books about traveling solo and some books on my anticipated destinations. They suggest that women take a self defense class before traveling to help them be more aware of their surroundings and how to handle compromising situations. So, I'm going to take a refresher class for Tae Kwon Do so that I can literally kick ass worldwide. Be scared bitches, be scared! Hahaha.

I'm thinking about just getting a one way ticket somewhere and getting the hell out of dodge, figuring it out as I go.
Unfortunately, I don't have that luxury just yet because I have to wrap up some jobs, paperwork, etc. As much as it is a well known fact with everyone that I'm going to be traveling, everyone seems to want to strap me down with a full time job....thank you but no thank you!!! That and the fact that I would never want to live down here permanently again plays a pretty big part of it too.

In the meantime I've been missing my J-ville crew like crazy, what's up kids?!!! Oh yeah, and where the hell are the Savannah pictures, I haven't seen shit. Get on it!

I have sad news my peeps, I cannot find a decent sushi place down here. I've been craving it like there's no tomorrow and nada. The Sake house has spoiled me. I've been asking around and it looks bleak, but I'm keeping the faith. Somewhere in this forsaken town there must be a decent sushi restaurant and I will find it, oh yes, I will find it.
